He responded almost immediately and was able to help us figure out where we were and picked us up nearby. He was able to tailor a tour for us to see some AWESOME places. His English is GREAT. His van is spacious, comfortable and clean. His price was a fixed rate for our plan and there were no additional or hidden charges.
